General Policy
All scattering services are unattended. Once full payment has been received, no cancellations or refunds are permitted after a service has been scheduled. By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that Cremation Air LLC allocates aircraft time, staff, and resources to honor the order, making cancellation impractical.
Hazardous Weather / Safety Delays
If Cremation Air LLC postpones a flight due to weather, safety, regulatory or any other reason, the Service will be rescheduled at Cremation Air LLC’s sole discretion at no additional cost to the Client.
Lost/Improper Packaging
Cremation Air LLC is not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper packaging or failure to follow provided instructions. If remains are lost or delayed in transit by USPS, Cremation Air LLC will assist in reasonable efforts with the carrier’s process but accepts no liability.
Cremation Air LLC understands that cremated remains represent far more than ashes—they represent a life, a family, and cherished memories. We treat every service with the utmost care, respect, and dignity.
Force Majeure
Cremation Air LLC shall not be liable or deemed in default for delays, rescheduling, or inability to perform the Service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, pandemics, labor disputes, terrorism, war, or government restrictions.
