* All cremated remains must be packaged in a sift-proof, sealed inner container, placed in a USPS Express Mail box, with USPS Label 139 affixed to all sides.
* A Cremation Air–generated barcode must be included inside the shipping box and affixed to the outside.
Acknowledgement of Risk
By shipping cremated remains, the Client acknowledges:
- Cremation Air LLC will use industry-standard handling, storage, and documentation procedures.
- Shipping involves inherent risks, including potential loss or delay beyond the control of Cremation Air LLC.
- Cremation Air is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or cremated remains during shipping.
- Cremation Air LLC and its agents are released from liability associated with shipping, provided they act in good faith and follow stated procedures.
